Your journey will take you between the historic Quays of Morwellham and Cotehele with a stop off at the village of Calstock. Please allow 3 hours for the experience. The canoes are traditional open boats, perfect for beginners and family outings. They are safe, stable and suitable for any age and agility.

Diving

Cornwall, possibly the country’s premier diving location, offers the combination of a temperate climate along with a coastline washed by the clear, clean waters of the Atlantic Gulf Stream. This ensures good underwater visibility all year around.

Basking Sharks are regular visitors to the Cornish coastline, along with Porpoises and Dolphins.

Walking / Cycling

Rough Tor - Bodmin Moor

A strenuous 3-mile walk, across open moorland with some scrambling to reach the very top of Rough Tor. Rough Tor is the second highest point in Cornwall. Standing on its summit on a clear day it is possible to see to both the Atlantic North Coast and the English Channel of the South Coast. Magnificent all round views looking down on to the surrounding moorland.

Following a disused railway from Bodmin to Padstow via Wadebridge, the Camel Trail is a 17 mile largely traffic free cycle way passing through some of the most spectacular Cornish countryside. Visitors can hire bikes from Padstow, Wadebridge or Bodmin.
